OFFICIAL RULES

The 2019 Toll-Free Industry Awards is open to all individuals, companies and organizations involved in the Toll-Free Industry. No purchase is necessary to participate in this promotion and a purchase does not increase a participant’s chance of receiving an award.

How to Participate: To be eligible, a participant’s nomination must be received by Somos at http://info.somos.com/TollFreeIndustryAwards.html by August 23, 2019, at 11:59 pm EST. A participant may be nominated by a third-party or through a self-nomination. All nominations will be confidential. Somos has the right to use and disclose extracts from winning entries in promotional materials and during the Somos, Inc. 2019 Toll-Free User Summit. Nominations must be in English and may be no longer than 1,000 characters.

Who can Participate: This promotion is open to individuals, eighteen (18) years of age or older, and organizations involved in the Toll-Free Industry. Board members, officers, and employees of Somos and any person(s) residing in the same household as such individuals are not eligible to participate.

The Awards: Awards will be given in the following categories:

Trailblazer Award;
Communication Platform of the Year; and
Campaign of the Year Award.

The awards will be announced during the Somos, Inc. 2019 Toll-Free User Summit and the award recipients will be recognized and presented with an award at the Summit. The specifics of each award and the related recognition will be determined by Somos in its discretion. Acceptance of an award will constitute permission for Somos to use the recipient’s name, likeness, and award for purposes of advertising and marketing, including via social media such as LinkedIn and Twitter, without compensation, unless prohibited by law.

The Judges: The award recipients will be selected by a panel of judges which may include individuals involved in the Toll-Free Industry. Entries will be judged based on the information submitted through the nomination process.
