Meet Your Presenters



Susan Tamida, Somos' Senior Product Manager, joined Somos in 2022 and leads the innovations for RouteLink, TSSRegistry, TFNIdentity, as well as a focus on new concepts. Prior to joining Somos, Susan spent 7 years in the healthcare technology space with an emphasis on Software-as-a-Service products and services for trusted communications in pharmacy. She has a bachelor's degree in Physiology/Neuroscience from the University of California, San Diego.
Chris Wendt is Vice President, Systems Engineering at Somos. He is co-author of many of the relevant specifications related to STIR/SHAKEN in both IETF and the ATIS/SIP Forum IPNNI Joint Task Force. As a member and co-chair of the STI-GA Technical Committee he helped to establish the trust anchor for the US STI-GA the authority for signing telephone calls in the US telephone eco-system. Chris is a leader in the real-time communications space including leading the architecture of Comcast’s IMS-based voice infrastructure supporting 25+M subscribers, an expert in VoIP/SIP protocols and technologies and led the development and deployment of a cloud-based CPaaS/UCaaS solution utilizing webrtc based voice/video communications and messaging technologies.
