Meet Your Presenters



Susan Tamida, Somos' Senior Product Manager, joined Somos in 2022 and leads the innovations for RouteLink, TSSRegistry, TFNIdentity, as well as a focus on new concepts. Prior to joining Somos, Susan spent 7 years in the healthcare technology space with an emphasis on Software-as-a-Service products and services for trusted communications in pharmacy. She has a bachelor's degree in Physiology/Neuroscience from the University of California, San Diego.


Michele Bilton Smith, Somos' Senior Director, Solutions Consultant, has been a valuable telecom resource during the evolution of call deliverability. For the last six years, she has partnered directly with Contact Centers and Enterprises that focus on telephony challenges in call authentication and delivery. Her specializations include spam/fraud mitigation, digital identities, and compliance. Michele continues to support solutions that drive value and trust in the industry.

Josh Whitehurst, Head of Product at First Orion, has been instrumental in developing and overseeing First Orion’s most innovative solutions. His strengths lie in identifying and developing solutions needed in the marketplace and leveraging his innovative spirit to expand the ecosystem. Before joining First Orion, he co-founded a telemedicine startup and a marketing consulting firm. Whitehurst received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Arkansas in Conway, where he was a founding father for the UCA chapter of Phi Gamma Delta International Fraternity.
