Kyle Belcher, Somos' Senior Product Manager, has over 8 years of experience dealing with Toll-Free and Local number management systems. Stacy began her career with Sinch, formerly Inteliquent and ANPI, in 2006 as a Dedicated Account Manager providing service and guidance to their customer base. After furthering her role within the support organization, Stacy transitioned into a role focusing on customer quality of service and responsibility for all first-level repair, KPI monitoring/reporting, carrier performance, and vendor advancement for optimal routing, fraud monitoring, and credit risk.
